Mrs.Saroj Sengar

Saroj is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of rich experience in varied roles and responsibilities within the real estate space and the FMCG sector. Her last assignment as GM Operations within a distributor firm of a well-known direct selling FMCG company exposed her to various challenges including fraud and pilferage. Her tough stand, decision making and problem solving abilities enabled her to not only track the entire “fraudulent system” but to bring the culprits to book. The various loopholes in the system processes were accurately detected and tackled with her keen eye on detail. She thereafter engineered the turnaround of the company from a loss making entity to a profitable one within a span of six months. New processes were formulated to ensure that no further exploitation of the business was possible.

Saroj currently handles the portfolio of VP Process & Compliance within iScreening. She has successfully ensured that iScreening is now an ISO 9001:2001 certified company for quality and processes and an ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certified company for data security. Saroj is a keen planner and ensures that the iScreening processes constantly evolve to tackle the growing challenges of the business, as our market share within the screening industry grows while focus being maintained on quality control and audit compliances.

Saroj’s strength lies in developing and streamlining back office systems and operational support systems to enhance operational and administrative excellence. She is currently leading a few more active initiatives within iScreening.

Saroj is an MA in Ancient History from Allahabad University.
